Carnivore Collective Sausage Seasoning 5kg Batch Hunters Blend

A flavoursome basic mix to add life to any combination of game and farmed meats for a sausage which everyone can enjoy. Otherwise, the base of smoked paprika, garlic, onion and spices is also the perfect canvas for you to add your twist of flavours too as well.

Best paired with:

• Venison, beef, lamb, pork or wild caught game meat.

Size:

• 225g satchel for 5kg of meat (45g to 1kg of meat)

What You Need:

• 5kg of any combination of venison, beef, lamb, pork or wild caught game meat
• 500mL water, chilled (or substitute a portion of water for wine, beer or spirits for extra flavour)
• 1pk Carnivore Collective Hunter's Blend Sausage Mix

Method:

• Mince meat with a medium plate
• Combine spices, wine and water with meat
• Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky
• Fill chosen casings

• Rice flour, sea salt, paprika/capsicum, soy protein isolate, garlic, onion, peppercorns, spices and herbs.
