Shipping and Returns

1. IMPORTANT

1.1. Stock quantities displayed on our website may sometimes be incorrect. If we cannot locate an item you have purchased, you will be notified of the date we expect that item to arrive in store. If you need the item sooner than the date we provide, please reply to our email notification requesting a refund for that reason.

1.2. We do not charge transaction fees. Please contact your payment provider to get information on any transaction fees that you may incur. Most credit card companies will charge an "International Transaction Fee" for example, (which will be a small percentage of the total purchase amount) if you are outside Australia.

2. CLICK AND COLLECT (LOCAL STORE PICKUP)

2.1. Please do not attempt to collect your order before we have notified you that your order is ready for collection from your nominated outlet.

2.2. The option to select your Local Pickup location in checkout will not appear unless your shipping address is Tasmanian.

3. SHIPPING

3.1. Free shipping within Australia is available on orders over $150 AUD if none of the items chosen are listed as 'store pick up only' or 'unavailable'.

3.2. We use Australia Post for all online deliveries and only send items that comply with their size, weight and contents policies and restrictions. For more information: check sending guidelines.

3.3. Your shipping address must be a valid Street Address or Post Office Box. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Check spelling, room/unit/house/street number, street name, suburb, and postcode prior to order submission. If you have entered an incorrect address and your order was delivered to that address, we consider that order completed, and you are not entitled to a refund or second delivery.

3.4. Insurance of your online parcel is at your risk and expense. If you require postage insurance, please contact us for a quote.

3.5. All packages sent from us require a signature on delivery. This is an extra service which is included in the delivery costs we quote.

3.6. Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched. To check delivery status, click the following link and enter your tracking number: track my order.

3.7. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, USA and Canada.

3.8. Our domestic shipping maximum is 22kg and international is 12kg.

4. DELAYS

4.1. Dispatch delays can occur if an item is coming from a supplier or one of our outlets. If your order has not been dispatched within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will advise you of when we expect your order will be dispatched. You can request a cancellation/refund at any time prior to dispatch.

4.2. Delivery delays are out of our control and are the responsibility of Australia Post. We recommend you choose Express Shipping if you require faster delivery. To check delivery time estimates prior to placing your order: domestic delivery times.

5. DANGEROUS GOODS

5.1. We reserve the right to deny service and sale of dangerous goods.

5.2. The following items require a valid photo ID, proving you are over the age of 18:

  • 5.2.1. Archery supplies (bows and arrows)
  • 5.2.2. Knives (including any item that can stab or cut)
  • 5.2.3. Batons
  • 5.2.4. Handcuffs
  • 5.2.5. Flammables
  • 5.2.6. Poisons (and any other dangerous chemical)

5.3. Firearms and ammunition can only be purchased in store by adults holding a valid firearms license.

5.4. Waiting periods apply to all firearm purchases.

5.5. We do not ship liquids, gasses, aerosols, firearms, or ammunition.

6. RETURNS

6.1. We will happily exchange or refund for the following reasons:

  • 6.1.1. If you change your mind (buyers remorse) within 30 days from time of purchase.
  • 6.1.2. If the item does not fit correctly (wrong size/shape).
  • 6.1.3. If the item is not as described (product photo or description does not match what you have been sent).
  • 6.1.4. If the item is defective and the defect is not the result of misuse or wear and tear.
  • 6.1.5. If the item is unsafe to use.

6.2. Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required when requesting a return.

6.3. Items must be in a condition that we deem suitable for return. We require that the returned items are in new condition if returning due to incorrect fit (6.1.2), change of mind (6.1.1), or not as described (6.1.3).

6.4. Items can be returned in person during our regular business hours at any one of our stores. Return shipping costs will be at your expense if returning due to incorrect fit (6.1.2) or change of mind (6.1.1). Return shipping will be at our expense if the item is defective (6.1.4), unsafe (6.1.5) or not as described (6.1.3).

6.5. Please contact us prior to returning an item, so that we may assess your claim first.
