Instruction for Use

• Remove Yoghurt Pack.
• Add 63ml (¼ Cup) Of Cold Water To Yoghurt Pack, Shake To Mix.
• Add 375ml (1½ Cups) Of Boiling Water To Meal Pouch.
• Stir And Stand For 10-15 Minutes
