Misty Gully Smoking Wood Dust (150G) Mesquite

Mesquite is a great wood dust for any meats and has a strong and sharp smoke flavour.

We recommend soaking your wood chips/sawdust in liquid for an hour or so prior to use, this helps to slow the smoulder of the wood and provides added humidity that assists with the moisture of the meat.
