This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.

Best paired with:

  • Beef, Pork and Venison

Size:

  • 225g satchel for 5kg of meat (45g to 1kg of meat)

What You Need:

  • 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Venison (approximately 30% fat)
  • 100g Tomato Sauce (optional)
  • 500mL water, chilled
  • 1pk Carnivore Collective Smoky BBQ Sausage Mix

Method:

  • Mince meat with a medium plate
  • Combine spices, wine and water with meat
  • Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky
  • Fill chosen casings

Ingredients:

  • Rice Flour, Salt, Capsicum, Coconut sugar, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Chilli, Soy Protein, and Herbs.
