The time-honoured combination of lamb and mint is made more appealing with the addition of honey. A mild, tasty sausage that the whole family will love. This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.

Size:

  • 225g satchel for 5kg of meat (45g to 1kg of meat)

What You Need:

  • 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Venison (approximately 30% fat)
  • 100g Tomato Sauce (optional)
  • 500mL water, chilled
  • 1pk Carnivore Collective Lamb, Mint and Honey Sausage Mix

Method:

  • Mince meat with a medium plate
  • Combine spices, wine and water with meat
  • Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky
  • Fill chosen casings

  • Rice Flour, Salt, Herbs, Soy Protein, Garlic, Pepper, Capsicum.
