Shipping and Returns
For over 65 years, Allgoods have been providing excellent customer service. If you aren’t happy with your online purchase, please let us know. We will happily exchange, credit or refund your money. Should you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online you can visit your nearest Allgoods store or ship the item back to Allgoods. Please note proof of purchase (receipt) will be required. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Freight for all returns will be at the customers cost and freight preference. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note insurance of your online parcel is at your (the customers) risk and expense. Please ask us for a quote if you require your parcel to be insured or sent by registered post.
