Click and Collect (In-store Pickup): 

Please wait for a notification from us that your order is ready for pickup at your nominated outlet.

Stock quantities displayed on our website are a business wide total and can sometimes be incorrect. If we cannot locate an item you have purchased, you will be notified of the date we expect that item to arrive in store. If you need the item sooner than the date we provide, just reply to our email notification, asking for a refund.

Insurance: 

Insurance of your online parcel is at your risk and expense. Please contact us for a quote if you require your parcel to be insured or sent by registered post.

Other freight providers: 

We use POST and FastWay for most deliveries but in some circumstances, we may have to send your item with another carrier.

Post Office Boxes: 

Fastway cannot deliver to a Post Office Box, so please use POST for PO Box deliveries.

Authority to leave: 

All packages sent from us require a signature on delivery. This is an extra $2.95 when using POST, which is already added to the quoted delivery cost.

Overseas shipping: 

Please contact us for a quote on overseas shipping.

Delays: 

Please contact us for order tracking. Not all freight options are traceable. Please ensure your delivery address is correct (spelling/street number/postcode etc.) prior to order submission.

Large items: 

Some items are too large to ship and can only be collected in store. Typically anything over one metre cannot be sent via POST.

Dangerous Goods: 

We reserve the right to deny service and sale of dangerous goods.

The following items require a valid photo ID, proving you are over the age of 18:

  • Archery supplies (bows and arrows)
  • Knives (including any item that can stab or cut)
  • Handcuffs
  • Batons
  • Flammables
  • Poisons (and any other dangerous chemical)

Please note that rifles, shotguns and ammunition can only be purchased in-store by adults holding a valid firearms license. Waiting periods apply to all firearm purchases.

Returns: 

For over 70 years, Allgoods have been providing excellent customer service. We will happily exchange, credit or refund you for any of the following reasons:

  • The item is faulty (and the fault is not the result of misuse or wear and tear)
  • The item is not as described
  • The item does not do what the description said it would
  • The item has a flaw that renders it unsafe to use

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required when requesting a return.

Items must be in a condition that we deem suitable for return.

All return freight costs will be at your expense and shipping charges are not refundable, however online items can be returned in store.

Please contact us prior to returning an item, so that we may assess your claim and refer any faults to the manufacturer if required.

We strive to get your order out to you as quick as possible, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us straight away. If it is too late and your order is already on its way, we can try to get your order redirected, but you may still have to pay the shipping cost.
